What data we process and why

Only what you provide in the contact form or newsletter (name, company, email and message), used solely to answer your request, manage early access, handle job applications and contacts from investors, partners or the press, or send you the newsletter if you asked for it. This website does not store what you type: sending the form opens your email program. The data you send us through this website is not used to train models.

Legal basis

Your consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Retention

For as long as the relationship lasts or until you withdraw your consent, and thereafter for the period required by law. Job applications, twelve months. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe; every issue explains how.

Recipients

We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. Our web hosting and email provider (Hostinger) acts as data processor under GDPR safeguards.

Server log

When you visit the site, the server automatically records your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser. It is used only to keep the site secure and working, for example to detect and block abusive access. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is kept for 30 days and then deleted.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to the contact address. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
